If you find yourself needing to return a product, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate your return. This gives you a chance to explore our spice blends and decide if they’re truly what you hoped for. Just remember, it’s important that items are in their original packaging and condition for a smooth return process.

We’ll need your order number and a brief description of why you’d like to return the product. Once we have that, we’ll get the ball rolling on your return. What’s Returnable
Not everything can be returned, and we want to be upfront about that. Unopened and unused spice blends can be returned, while opened or used items cannot. We know it’s a bummer, but we can’t accept products that have been opened due to health and safety regulations. What’s Final Sale
Some items are marked as final sale, and those cannot be returned. This includes limited edition spice blends and promotional items. Damaged or Wrong Items

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect. To make things a bit easier, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. This way, you can keep an eye on your return. Keep your shipping receipt until we confirm that we’ve received your returned item.
Exchanges
Exchanges are a little tricky, but I’m here to help! We don’t facilitate direct exchanges, but you’re welcome to return an item and place a new order for the spice blend you’d prefer.
